Fight Morvex

## After

Morvex and Xevrom re-merge, and [[Declan the Reborn]] is given [[Fracture's Echo]] for his effort and the party receives [[Fractured Pact]].

[[Veleth]] also throws a celebration for the party, having curbed the flow of poison and apprehended the werecreatures.

[[Gersephone]] has been taken captive (power was sealed) by **Bathym** at **Fierna**'s behest. Traveling with him was a young tiefling woman (Weslocke). 
They have taken her to Avernus and left a message for [[Lili]] to give herself up to them in return for Gersephone's safety.

*"Help! Gersephone! \*huff huff\* she was taken! A...man (?) riding a pure-black horse with a mane of flames suddenly appeared in the Herbal District. They took her!"*

*"He had a woman with him. A tiefling. They conducted some ritual with some crystal sphere and suddenly Gersephone had gone inside the sphere."*

*"They left a message....for Lili. They want her to return, something about \"tightening a leash\". They said if she doesn't, Gersephone will be taken back to Phlegethos. They are waiting in Avernus, in a city called **Azaneth**."*

To get to Avernus, the party would need one of:
- A devil to bargain with that can open a portal; there have been rumors of devils in a village further inland (Braxus)
- A planar scholar/wizard with enough experience and knowledge to open a portal; Waterdeep?
- Another deity that could get them there; the mad god is recovering
- Collecting the ingredients to perform a ritual themselves; will require some kind of research into what ingredients are needed and how to perform the ritual. (Lili History check, DC 15; otherwise Waterdeep or another magical city library)
	- A scale from each type of chromatic dragon, combined with the blood of a demonspawn (Lili herself would work)
